I called back and they denied ever having had any interaction with me. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE. Overall, SmartFares is definitely a legit site that offers great travel deals. Personally, we haven’t had any issues with scams from them. There are plenty of SmartFares reviews that claim they were scammed, while plenty of other people have had no issues with the company and received excellent deals. Legit with scam tactics. 1- Bait and switch: false initial fare then they hike it either before or after you pay.

They will send you a nice confirmation  This is a legal agreement between you and SmartFares and its subsidiaries and affiliates You may only use the Travel Site to make legitimate reservations or  Smartfares.com — Never did this booking. I am very frustrated and upset. This company Smarefares is SCAM.
